For the money this watch costs it's a no-brainer I've taken it on holiday with me been diving in the sea and pool and never felt uncomfortable or skipped a beat would recommend to anyone

This is a brilliant and beautiful watch, designed by a British company in Chester. It’s made in China to their specifications and has a quality Japanese movement. Well worth the money. You could pay hundreds more for an equivalent from another company. I’ve bought a Cestrian rubber strap as well, great for swimming and more comfortable than the steel strap in my case. It’s very tough and seems very durable. I’ve got the blue dial one, very attractive. It seems to keep great time and has great luminosity.

I have had a watch interest for just over a year now.This marks my 3rd automatic watch and my 13th overall. Price wise, they vary from £1000 Tissot down to a £25 casio. The notable thing across the price range is the change in quality... For instance the cheaper casio clearly can't compete in material to the much more expensive Tissot.However, with this watch, it has to be said that the perception around how expensive a watch is, in relation to the overall quality has blurred. When reviewing the specs of this watch, it really does put other brands, let's say Seiko, to shame.300m water resistance, miyota movement with hacking, 42 hour power reserve, sapphire crystal and a strong lume. These level specs would command a price of at least £500 from Seiko... They don't typically add sapphire crystal below that price.Running the watch is pain free. Easy to set up and is currently running at +2 seconds a day but I believe this can be fine tuned. It is comfortable to wear but still has enough weight to feel like a quality item.Overall finish is very good and the bezel has no wiggle or back play, meaning a shirt cuff won't move the bezel by accident, like has been the case on my Cressi watch.Things to quibble about? Not much...The strap is a little stiff out the box but will loosen in time and the movement while accurate, is a little noisy if you wiggle your wrist but this is no different than my Orient auto and is by no means a deal breaker or a sign of easy breakage.Watch Nation have hit it out of the park with this watch and it does make you wonder how the pricing of other similarly spec watches are created... I suspect because of the name and because they can.If you are just venturing into watches, this is a great place to start the obsession and I would love to get my hands on some of their other offerings as the Cestrian is a great all rounder.Edit - finally got rid of the strap for a black metal bracelet off Amazon. Wears and feels way better now. Rest of the watch is still a home run.

Bought this as a birthday present for my partner and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It arrived really quickly, just in time for his birthday, and the presentation was great — it felt like a proper gift straight out of the box.He’s absolutely over the moon with it. The textured finish on the dial really stands out and gives it a premium feel, and the bracelet is incredibly smooth and comfortable on the wrist. He’s also mentioned how easy it is to read at a glance, which was something he really cared about.We’ve included a few shots of the lume as well — it’s great and he’s made up with it.He hasn’t taken it off since he opened it — he genuinely couldn’t be happier with it.

Love blue dials and this one has a really nice subtle texture to it so it doesn’t look flat, looks really interesting and dynamic. Makes it a more fun dive watch, but it’s not distracting.The bracelet is simple, push pins but all good at this price, and the on the fly clasp at this price is wild.

Good watch great value. Nice to wear easy to see in daylight and nighttime. Very impressed with this watch

A mixed bag. The weight and overall feel of the watch is great, no complaints there. However, it loses time overnight, every night. So each morning I need to reset the time.

This watch is so much better than the price would suggest, it looks stunning, has good weight, and for the price you will not regret your purchase.

Wanted a dive watch I could actually throw at everything rather than keep for best, and this is it. The matte orange dial is the hook grain-textured rather than glossy, so it reads bold without bouncing light back at you, and it's genuinely easy to pick up at a glance. Ceramic bezel has that proper reassuring action, 120 clicks with no play in it. The silicone strap sits flat and shrugs off water, so it's been straight in the sea and back out without a second thought. 300m and a Miyota 8215 doing the work underneath for £160, feels like a lot more watch than it costs.

Went for the white dial because I wanted the dive-watch toughness without it looking too aggressive, and it strikes that balance perfectly. The white face against the bold markers is about as legible as it gets — a glance is all you need, day or night. On the silicone strap it's become my warm-weather default: comfortable straight out of the box, dries in minutes, and the 300m rating means the pool or the sea is never a worry. The ceramic bezel feels far above the price bracket every time you turn it. £160 very well spent.

Was torn between this and the version on the bracelet… Bought this for the pool and ended up wearing it everywhere.The teal pulls darker at the edges than the photos suggest — almost black around the rehaut, brighter teal in the centre. On a silicone strap, it stops feeling like a dressy diver and starts feeling like a watch you can actually beat up a bit...Genuinely fun to own!

First of all the quality of this watch is amazing and the Orange dial is the entire reason I bought this and it lands perfectly. Matte and grain-textured, not glossy, so the colour stays bold without throwing reflections everywhere. You can read it across a room.Ceramic bezel action is properly satisfying too.
